What does it take to build a dream team?
Building a dream team doesn’t happen by accident, it starts with curating top talent that is most relevant match for the roles to which they are best suited. To curate a team, you need a curator. A leader.
Whatever your vision of the team you are building, you’ll want to take the guess work out of hiring great employees, designing great teams and inspiring your people.
Building something meaningful requires vision and leadership
Amelia Earhart was one of the greatest leaders in the 20th century. After World War 1 ended, the country had a lot of re-building to do and needed visionaries to accomplish the rebuilding process. Out of turmoil rose great leaders such as Amelia Earhart. She was a female aviator who wanted equality and would fight for it by going against all odds and pursuing her dream of flight. She dared to do what no man or woman had ever done even though she lived in a time where woman were discriminated against. She was the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic ocean, and for this she received the US Distinguished Flying Cross. Doing this, she inspired many people who were out of work to follow their dreams no matter what stood in their way.
Amelia was a true leader facing challenges under difficult circumstances and helping others see they could too. Amelia is an example of a great visionary with an adventurous spirit so essential to the American persona.
